According to the Omaha World-Herald, September 16, 2009 page 1B, “Sigma Chi suspended for 4 years at UNL”.  This pretty much says about the same as when Kevin Dasher briefed the alums at the  September luncheon meeting.  You should be able to retrieve the article if you Access  the Omaha World-Herald web site.
